Workout 2 is a resistance-training workout using hand weights, elastic bands and the step. Isolate to strengthen weak muscles. Integrate to build intensity. Rotate to decrease injury risk. This mix of traditional and on-the-edge toning exercises will give you an exciting new way to look at muscle conditioning. Standing balance, rotation and de-stabilizing exercises, floor strength work and a fun new way to work “around the clock”, “animate” your strength classes and “throw” your weight around to surprising effects.
