Shipping and deliveries
- Our standard shipments are send thru Bpost.
- Our express shipments are send thru Fedex, note Fedex will charge additional customs and import costs for shipments to non-EU countries.
- We are unable to redirect your shipment once orders are fulfilled and dispatched.
Shipping timeframe
- Your orders are processed and dispatched between Monday and Friday, excluding Holidays. We are committed to process your orders within the smallest time frame possible (max. 24h-48h excluding weekends).
- Alpha Distribution bvba cannot be held responsible for any delays due to payment controls or customs requirements.
