To avoid problems downloading your files please

Note that due to license agreements you're entitled to 3 downloads.
Your remaining downloads can be found under under ‘Account > My Downloadable Products > Remaining downloads’.
Never use a tablet or phone for downloading our albums as this doesn’t work. Always use your laptop or desktop computer.
Make sure you have a proper internet connection and check your firewall and virus scan settings.

Once you completed your order you’ll receive an email with the details of your order and links to download your files. Clicking on these links will take you back to our website.
If you're still logged in the download will start immediately. If not, you'll be prompted to log in to your account.
Alternatively, you can go straight to your account after your order is completed and find your files under ‘My Downloadable Products’. Click the link to start your download.

All our albums are delivered as compressed files (zip files).

Compressed files take up less storage space and can be transferred to other computers more quickly than uncompressed files. A single compressed folder can contain several files. This makes it easier to share a group of files. All modern operating systems can decompress files. You do not need any extra software.
