Six different ab-toning segments led by two superb instructors. Each one uses distinct exercises and equipment to challenge your core in completely different ways (while each instructor’s unique personality adds even more variety). A medicine ball is used in two segments; it boosts resistance and promotes longer/shorter lever movements. A stability ball is used in another two sections; it allows balance exercises and full-range-of-motion routines. The remaining sections use no equipment; they emphasize classic abdominal floorwork.
