General:

How can i access the mixes I bought in Swedebeat shop?
There are two ways to get access to the downloadable products.

1. Swedebeat free smartphone app.
- Download and install the latest version of the app from Google Play or Appstore.
- In the apps left menu. Touch the swedebeat logotype, and login with the same credentials as you used when shoping at swedebeat.se
- Your available products will now show in the app. Touch the cloud beside the products you wish to download and store locally on your smartphone 

2. Downloading from webshop to Mac or PC Computer.
- Login with the same credentials as you used when shoping at swedebeat.se
- Click on my "account" and then "my downloadable products" Click on the links to the products you wish to download.
- Some browsers require that you right klick and choose "save as"
- We do not reccomend Google Chrome. It seems to not work very well with our download site.


Iphone app
Minimum requirements: Iphone 5 or later + iOS 7.1 or later.
Downloading the mixes cancels/stops.
Download one mix at a time, check your internet connection.
Try another wifi
Problems with interrupted playback.
The phone is probibly overloaded. It is solved easily by background processes termination.
Double click on the "home" button, then swipe upwards of apps to shut them down.

Android app
Minimum requirements: 1 GHz Dual Core 1024Mb RAM + Android 4.0 or later
The app is requesting access to my photos and media files?
Google Play simplified their descriptions of permissions, which leads to misleading descriptions on Google Play. 
In practice, the only thing we do. Is request permission to read and write external storage (SD card).
This is to be able to play user's local songs and save Swedebeat Mixes, app pipes of course nothing else.
Downloading the mixes cancels/stops.
Download one mix at a time, check your internet connection.
Try another wifi.

Go into Settings -> Applications / Programs (may be called differently) and the "Running Programs" (or similar)
Click on the processes and choose to stop them.

General app troubleshooting: 
I most cases all kinds of app issues are solved through this checklist:
- Login to your account in the webshop/my downloadable products. And look if all products are there. 
- In the app: Logout and login again to your account.
- Uninstall/reinstall app.
- Doublecheck that you use the same login in both app and webshop?
